You'll be working in a part time position working alongside our experienced, friendly osteopathic and managerial teams. You will be helping to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Prior experience is not essential as our comprehensive on-boarding process will train you in everything that you need to know to carry out your role with precision and confidence.

What is absolutely essential however, is that you have good energy and drive when it comes to your work as well as being open minded and willing to learn.

  • 7 Hours per week. Saturdays from 9:00 to 16:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Number 1 priority is patient care! Always ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conversing & interacting with the patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Diary Management: managing calls, bookings, swifly replying to enquiries via email, text messages..
  • Processing and collecting payments, producing invoices and reports.
  • Smooth running of practice ie. room allocations and time keeping.
  • Ensuring the clinic remains clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Collecting and storing patient information with GDPR compliance.
  • Daily spreadsheet tracking & compiling stats.
  • Prep room rental invoices and manage statements of accounts.
  • Managing stock from ordering, labelling, stocktake, etc.
  • Preparation for the next day (tidy up treatment rooms, waste collection, stock up).
  • Support the CEO and Practice Manager with admin tasks & errands.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and ability to multitask.

  • Organisational and Time Management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Excellent with Excel.
