About Your Role

You'll be working in a full-time position working alongside our experienced, friendly practice manager and osteopaths. You will be providing an exceptional patient experience.

High computer literacy is a must for this role, but prior experience as a receptionist is not essential as our comprehensive on-boarding process will train you in everything that you need to know to carry out your role with precision and confidence.

General administrative duties will also make up a large portion of your role. Therefore, lateral thinking and a can do attitude are a must! We have an easy-to-learn computer system which you will get full training on when you start.

What is absolutely essential however, is that you have good energy and drive when it comes to your work as well as being open minded and willing to learn.

You must have the right to work and live in the UK.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Number 1 priority is patient care! Always delivering a positive experience.
  • Conversing & interacting with the patients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Diary Management: managing calls, bookings, swiftly replying to phone, email & text enquiries.
  • Accuracy with processing and collecting payments, producing invoices and reports.
  • Smooth running of practice i.e., room allocations and time keeping.
  • Ensuring the clinic remains clean and presentable throughout the day.
  • Collecting and storing patient information with GDPR compliance.
  • Daily spreadsheet tracking & compiling stats.
  • Preparation room rental invoices and manage statements of accounts.
  • Managing stock from ordering, labelling, stocktake, etc.
  • Preparation for the next day (tidy up treatment rooms, waste collection, stock up, etc)
  • Support the CEO and Practice Manager with admin tasks & errands
  • Support with Marketing.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and ability to multitask.
  • Supervise the part time receptionists and assist them in any queries they might have.
  • Attending team and management meetings.
  • PA duties for the business directors.
(This is not an exhaustive list, but a broad overview of the role)

  • Generous salary £26000 - £30000PA (Depending on experience)
