I have had acute onset of back pain. I did not know where to turn. I came to Fulham Osteopaths to see Valentina: my experience has been amazing. Andrew stepped in to support my treatment and also advised me with different methods I could try. When I had my MRI, Melinda took the time to explain each part as well as Andrew and Valentina going through the images and supporting me through my uncertainty.Valentina has shown me the best care and treatment. I came in with a herniated disk and as a wildlife filmmaker my job often requires sitting in the same position for long periods of time with sudden bursts of physical activity.I had a month to recover before a big shoot and Valentina was amazing at getting me into physical shape before the shoot and providing me with preventative measures for the future. Our little one had problems with digestion and his sleep wasn’t great. Already after first appointment he felt much better. Once our issues were solved we still like to see osteopath time to time to keep everything on track. Highly recommended. We came to see Melinda when our daughter was a few weeks old and have been back several times since. Melinda is very professional and caring and has been fantastic at helping with specific issues as well as providing general assessment and reassurance.For our daughter she has helped with several areas including releasing tension in her neck so she is looking more evenly to both sides, as well as releasing tension in her jaw and her arm for improved feeding and movement overall - always very gently and my daughter has found it very relaxing! As well as the sessions, we were given practical exercises to do at home which were really helpful. Melinda also noticed a tongue tie which we were then able to get sorted and has improved feeding and therefore sleep!Overall we’ve been extremely happy with the treatment provided and would highly recommend, thank you Melinda!
