Kate graduated with a first class honours degree in Nutritional Therapy at Westminster University where she remains involved in various projects. As well as seeing individual patients, Kate also lectures at the Raworth International College of Natural, Nutrition and Sports Therapies in Surrey where she initially obtained a diploma in Nutritional Therapy prior to her degree. She also runs workshops covering the link between autism, ADHD and nutrition for The Hyperactive Children’s Support Group. Kate offers her patients advice on dietary changes, supplements and functional testing for all aspects of their health and is fully registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapy. She is passionate about empowering people to improve their health through good nutrition and has a professional and calm approach to patients while providing practical recommendations to suit each individual.
