Juliet Payne M.A.R.
Juliet graduated from the AoR-accredited Maureen Burgess School of Reflexology at St Mary’s Hospital, Roehampton in 2000. Since then, she has built on her technique through post-graduate courses in Maternity Reflexology and Alternative Techniques, and is also a Reiki Practitioner. She is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists.
Juliet sees the huge impact Reflexology has on the wellbeing of the individual. The demands of everyday life are increasing and we all face considerable pressures. 75% of illness is stress-related and although our feet work as hard as the rest of our body, we often take for granted the huge role they play in the state of our wellbeing. Reflexology is one of today’s fastest growing complementary therapies and focuses on the feet.
