Lucy Rayner BSc Ost.
graduated from the BSO in 2005 and is one of the latest additions to the F.O osteopathic team. Treating all varieties of ailments and structural imbalances Lucy also has an avid interest in sports injuries, and following a Sports Massage diploma works alongside many personal trainers and currently enjoys managing the treatment of athletes and triathletes, including Chingford Rugby Club as pitchside medical staff. The unique osteopathic perspective enables Lucy to manage the team's optimal fitness and health, using a wide range of osteopathic tools from structural, visceral, functional and cranial techniques to aid the players on the pitch and in their daily lives.
