In psychotherapy the client and therapist explore feelings together in a safe, non-judgemental environment. The aim is to support you, to empower you to make positive changes in your life, and to help you gain the confidence to fulfil your potential.
Sessions are usually weekly and last approximately an hour. During the session, you and the therapist work together to identify and understand what you are feeling and how it is affecting you.
