Your invitation to an exclusive art exhibition
We have always enjoyed playing a proactive role in supporting the environment and our community. From the eco-friendly paint that’s on our walls, to the local artworks that adorn those eco-friendly walls.
We are very excited to have Heather Upton exhibiting her work once again at our practice. Heather was awarded a Masters degree in Fine Art, specialising in Printmaking, at Winchester School of Art in 2007. She also won first prize in the World Art College Vision Exchange 2007, which was exhibited in Seoul, South Korea. All works exhibited at the show will be for sale.

twenty one + twenty one = twenty one
Melinda began her practice 20 years ago in the basement of a hairdresser called Todds in Jerdan Place, Fulham Broadway. Later she moved her practice to a room above Windmill Wholefoods on Fulham Road until Melinda began to work from her home in Finlay Street, also in Fulham.
6 years ago Fulham Osteopaths got too big for its’ Finlay Street space and the practice moved into it’s purpose built home at 769 Fulham Road. With 5 rooms, ground floor full disabled access, a courtyard and baby changing facilities, we are very happy with our roomy new home.
MOT spring checkover
Just like cars need to go for an annual check over to ensure they are roadworthy, your precious body can also benefit from an osteopathic ”MOT”.
Osteopaths frequently describe themselves as “Body Mechanics”. Just like a car mechanic ensures your car is well tuned - its wheels are balanced, the brakes are not too tight or the bolts too loose, Osteopaths work with the fine tuning of your body “mechanics”. This MOT ensures that your spine, your joints, your muscles, and body as a whole are working in a balanced and efficient way.
An MOT is a general re-assessment to discover which parts of your body are not working as well as they could, rather than one to look at a specific issue. The Osteopath then treats those areas, bearing in mind the bigger picture, in order to promote better flexibility and overall function. They may also suggest ways for you to better maintain your own body, perhaps through changes in how your work station is set up or targeted exercises.
So... if you’re feeling like a bit more spring in your step or it’s been over six months since your last osteopathic appointment, we recommend you call us on 020 7384 1851 to book your osteopathic MOT.
